The inteview process had 3 steps. One interview with a talent acquisition specialist, one technical inteview and a last one with the CEO. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and a fair procedure.

The whole process took about 3 weeks. I had applied through an internal referral. The first interview was an HR round with their Talent Acquisition manager followed by a meeting with the Head of Content Engineering which was mostly about an elaborate description of the job role. I received an offer after about a week. The overall interview experience was rather very constructive and went on like a casual conversation. They already made me feel like a part of the team.
