I had 6 round of interviews all together, I solved all technical problems with best complexity and with less allocated time and they rejected me without any explanation, some of the interviewers were confused in their own requirements and I even helped them to figure out the specifics.

Talked to a recruiter to get a sense of the application process. Discovered they are conducting heavy FAANG and "hard" LeetCode technical interviews without the same level of FAANG compensation. They also require you to be on site 3 days a week. Not worth my time. I am already employed, well compensated and full-time remote. If I wanted a FAANG job AND FAANG compensation, I would apply to FAANG. Sorry, you guys missed out. You may want to reevaluate your interview process, and/or compensation, and/or remote work requirements.
