standard interview process, recruiter, manager, "bar raiser" and panel. All done via Zoom. no technical questions, more managerial experience. All of the folks were positive and enjoyed talking with them. The HR recruiter interview felt very "salesly" but the remaining folks were good.

Entrevista
First had a 30 minutes phone interview with a recruiter
Second a 30 minute zoom interview with the C-level overseeing this function
Third was 4 different zoom interviews with 4 different people assessing: values and motivation; PE attributes; Skills assessment; and cross-functional collaboration.
Sadly I didn't make it past this round.
Zero feedback was provided around why I did not move forward.
