The best interview I've had because of the amazing people working at this company, especially on their recruiting team. Definitely an extensive interview, but the team provides ample opportunities to prepare. I recommend taking a good look at Gusto's mission and value statements.
Was first reached out on LinkedIn to learn more about my interests and career options. The recruiting coordinator/recruiter was awesome to speak with! Genuinely interested in understanding on my background and what I wanted to do.
Selected to complete an on-site interview the following week. The recruiting coordinator/recruiter was very easy to work with to select a date and time. Prior to my on-site interview, he had called me to prepare. They provide each of their candidates with a well-designed "Get Ready #withGusto" packet. It was very helpful--it goes into details about the company's logistics (location, directions) as well as information about the company's values. It had a detailed itinerary about my interviewers and their position. The recruiting coordinator/recruiter was able to walk me through each of the interviews and what sort of areas they interviewers are looking for (awesome kudos for Gusto doing this!)
The interview on-site lasted about 4 hours with a lunch in between. I loved each of the interviews, they were very professional and personable. No intimidation and the team genuinely wants to assess a cultural fit along with a thorough understanding of the job.

Gusto interview process was straightforward. I had an interview with the hiring manager and then an interview with a team member. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Seems like they have an awesome culture with the company/ team.

Had a phone screening with the hiring manager. Literally felt like i was talking to a robot. Knew i wasnt going to have a second interview after talking to him. Made me happy i wasnt going to the next round.
