The interview was over the phone. The interviewer was very friendly and made me not feel so nervous. The questions were simple, like how would our work from home schedule work for you? It was basically an interview to make sure I thought I was a good fit for the company.

The interview itself was just over the phone. I only had to come into the office for training once they offered me the job. It was very laid back, and the woman who hired me was very nice. I got the impression that they were looking to gauge how personable you could be over the phone, but there wasn't a significant amount of pressure. I believe they just asked about previous work experience and my work availability, but I didn't feel like I had to jump through too many hoops. The entire interview lasted less than 15 minutes.
