Internet application> phone interview> in person interview> group training I thought the phone interview portion was too lengthy and casual. The internet application itself was easy and if you have a referral it seemed like you were pushed through faster, which is normal. Overall a great interviewing process but i thought it could of sped up for those candidates they were serious about.

Early on I was asked about my salary and my salary expectations by my interview who thought I would be better for another position, but i was looking for experience in another field and would be okay with a lower salary. I felt like the salary question threw off the interview
