Envié una solicitud electrónica. El proceso duró 6 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en GitHub (Toronto, ON) en may 2022
Entrevista
The interview process consisted of the following
- 30-minute interview with Recruiter
- 60-minute interview with the Hiring Manager
- A take-home case study that took approx 4-5 hours to complete
- A half-day interview process that consisted of:
- Presenting the case study
- Behavioural Interview
- Interview with leadership
After completing my half-day interview process, I went 2 weeks without getting a response from GitHub. After which I followed up and the recruiter said that I made it on to the next round and the hiring manager was interested in moving me forward.
1 week after that, I got an automated response email saying that they did not want to move forward at this time, even though the recruiter said that they wanted to conduct another interview! Horrible experience, and super difficult to communicate with anyone during this process.

30 minute Hiring screen, one hour manager interview, case assignment. I wasn't able to present my case assignment as the position was filled before my scheduled interview. Still it was a good interview experience.
