I liked the process and found it very reasonable. First stage was 30 min chat with CTO about experience. Second was a technical challenge to implement a small app. Third was a technical discussion about the challenge and frontend technologies. And the final stage was in the office and it was discussion about culture values and behaviour. I received a quick feedback after each stage, all people I talked with were really nice. Actually one of the best interview I ever had.

I had to prepare infrastructure boilerplate at home for livecoding session. At the session I had to implement a small application using prepared redux boilerplate (fetch api and display a list of results)
