Applied online: Had to answer a couple of competency based questions first - Received confirmation, all good. Video call set up: Interviewer was reading questions off his screen and then typing my answers as I read them - Didn't feel too personal or conversational. Was OK, was then asked to provide a demo of an app (of my choosing) Task parameters were way too vague - Was told to keep video to 30 seconds or so and show how an app would be used. Was later told my video lacked detail and they wanted far more from it. Sent video, no confirmation it had been received. Received an email from interviewer that he actually meant to send to a different candidate (!). He then emailed me saying my application wouldn't be taken any further. Pretty brutal. Did respond with feedback after I requested it.
