Interview!!! It's always like a nightmare to me. Becoming nervous in the interview board was a common matter to me until I faced an interview at G&R. As usual, I was nervous before the interview. When I was sitting in the waiting room suddenly some employers started playing cricket beside the waiting room. I was happily surprised to see that because I just love cricket. So the environment became quite familiar to me. After a while, I entered into a room for the interview. As there were six to seven people in the room, I became nervous again. The 1st question asked after I took my seat was about cricket and that's how they develop a positive attitude in me. So I was feeling more comfortable and positive. After asking some cricket related question they started asking me some technical question related to the position they offered. Although I gave them the answers correctly and in a positive way, some of my answers were not strategically right. This is because I am EEE graduate and the post for which I gave the interview was Sales Executive. So, in spite of having some recognized questions, I could not answer all of them perfectly. Still, they were satisfied as I was confident and positive. So confidence, friendliness and positiveness are the most important things for an interview.
