Initial phone screen. I was supposed to move on the the next stage but I was ghosted and received no further response. Company seems to not have things in order when it comes to interviewing.

Entrevista
The interview process is like 3-4 stages, starts with a recruiter call which I failed apparently did not get selected for the next round . After the recruiter screen you then have a behavorial then technical round. I would say that they do not go forward with a lot of candidates mostly because the hiring pool is large and their company is relatively small.

Entrevista
No updates after final onsite interviews from the recruiter. The recruiter was extremely bad at communicating throughout the process as well. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience and the company doesn't seem to be going in the right direction.
