They ask you to create a slide deck of your experience which you run through on an hour long video call. Most companies glean this information from the CV but with Fresha you must spend two days creating this deck. As you present the deck interviewer nods throughout the call and tells you that you’re very impressive, detailed and passionate. No challenges. One week later you’re summarily rejected without feedback. Either they are inexperienced interviewers or uncultured people without respect for people’s time.
