Easy intro interview to have a better idea of my background, the position and the company. Approximately 30 minutes, very informal. No tough questions, it was mostly informative and the HR was available to provide information when asked. What made me very uncomfortable is that I received an email some days after saying that they preferred to move forward with other candidates but they would be happy to give more context on what led to this decision. As I was pretty confident I had made a good impression, I wrote to ask additional info, but they never replied. Please don't promise thinks you are not able to deliver.
