The interview process was long and bordered on idea mining. Two rounds of interviews, and an MCAT style skills/ intelligence test -- which then lead to a week to produce a full creative pitch (an active RFP from one of their prospectives), which I did in office for a team of 4 of their upper management creatives. They loved it, I sat and discussed innovative ways to execute, who and what partners they could employ, as well as marketing social campaigns. The works. Two weeks later, I received a rather generic turn down from the recruiter. Had they not been so engaged and kept me there for an hour and half discussing my pitch for a know vodka brand they were courting, I might have felt less irritated.

5 rounds of interviews, 1 creative strategy presentation (which basically put me to work for free), 2 months of process... All to be ghosted at the end. Very disrespectful. Be aware and don't waste your time like I did!
