Applied online and was contacted by a recruiter who set up a five stage interview process which included four video interviews, technical test and an onsite interview. Most of the video interviews the interviewer was late, had connection problems and the video was not clear. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. I then got managed to get invited to the onsite interview in London. The US recruiter made a mix up of the time zones and the hiring manager thought I was late to the interview. This was clearly their fault and ruined the vibe for the whole day. Overall the interviews were fairly easy and I thought I got the role. In my opinion It seems they only hire people from a certain background, race and religion.
