Fast and smooth process The whole process took 2 weeks. There was a phone call interview, followed by a video interview then finally the assessment centre. The accessment center will test on both technical aspect as well as strength based aspect.

Describe a time where you faced a difficulty and how you solved it
Extremely dragged out and long. Took over 4 months for entire process and overall lack of communication. I was very frustrated waiting for the next steps which took months. Hope it helps.

Everything went decently quick. I think it was about 2 -3 weeks since i applied and to my first day at work. They have a simple phone assessment, with some java questions (difference between classes and objects). Then they cal you in and conduct 2 interviews, one behavioral with HR and one technical with a trainer.
