First started with a phone call from a HR person, who then invites you to do a video interview. From the video interview, there is then another call from the HR person on feedback and if successful then you are invited to do online psychometric tests. Again from this you receive feedback and another phone call and if successful you are then invited to do a final stage interview. I ended up successful but decided to reject the offer as I had received success on another interview.

It started off with a phone interview, then a two-part interview with a technical assessment and video behavioral questions, then another two-part technical and behavioral interview over Zoom. My recruiter was nice and the first two stages were no issues. When it came to the last technical interview, they ask and expect you to know programming information that they’re supposed to be TEACHING you. I’m someone with a programming degree and had trouble with the questions, so it’s very not welcoming for someone trying to branch over from a completely different field.

It was over the phone, and I was asked a few questions about experience, academic grades, and achievements. What skills I would bring to the team were discussed, as well as the job requirements and what to expect in the future.

Total 5 stages: 1. recruiter phone in (around 10 mins) 2. recruiter zoom in (around 20 mins) 3. apt test 4. manager in (around 30 mins) 5. technical in (around 30 mins)

Quick, structured, aptitude test through game-ified challenges. Very responsive company contact. Answers should be directly addressing the question, so be as straightforward as possible! STAR is a good way to go (i know I know, it's said x1000 times).

First round is HR interview, phone call, then OA, basic about math, logic, and cs. video interview, recording the answer of some questions, basically they are behavior questions. Didn't go further after the round of video interview

What does a successful day look like for you?

Very straight forward strength based interview focusing mostly around soft skills and what you have learnt in the university. And also any other work experience one might have engaged in.

Phone screening then virtual interview which takes over 2 hours includes a company introduction, behavioral questions, and a case study interview. Not difficult but did not take the offer because of the 2-year contract and low salary.
