The first stage was a Phone interview that was very easy and simple; mainly questions about why do you want to work for the company and if you're geographically mobile.
The next stage was an Assessment day which consisted of a presentation by one of the senior employee's at FDM and then a series of tests which are incredibly easy, nothing passed GCSE level.

Really fun 2 part process. They want to know more about personality as they teach you the tech side. The process involved different interviewers and different break out rooms were you met other candidates.

Quite easy just prepare know know list, tupple, dictionary and counters. Technical questions are ok but just be professional for the business interview. Some might do well and some might do badly but its ok just take it in stride.

Phone interview during this I was asked about my background and why I wanted to apply for fdm group, also I was asked about my achievement in the past and how that could be potentially beneficial for the company and finally I was explained the hiring process of the group
