Good experience, the recruitment process is well supported. There was a phone call at the beginning, a test was the next. It was about basic logical and IT questions. Two interviews with the accounting manager and trainer were the final part of the recruitment.
Already had 3 rounds of interviews done with FDM. So far it looks good with them. Went through a lot of the reviews but i believe for the fresher breakthrough this is a good company to start with.

Sent CV on their website, contacted by Sales to do a small telephone interview, Video Interview and then an assessment Centre(this included basic competency questions as well as a gcse level maths test, a game and normal interview. The process was fairly quick.
