3 test and 2 interview sessions in a span off 4 hours
IT aptitude test with 50 questions, really hard but you don't have to score very well to pass it.
Math test - just make sure you can do multiplication and division on large numbers
Venn Diagram - really simple if you understand the concept. a help book is provided

I had a fairly simple video interview followed by an assessment day.
Assessment day consists of 3 face to face interviews and tests in IT aptitude,venn diagrams and math. Interviews were scripted and not personal, tests were all fairly simple.

I met the representative at campus career fair and sent them CV. Then the recruiter contacted me few days later and arranged the phone interview. Just finished the telephone interview and waiting for the assessment centre now.
