Fair but straight forward. Online test/interview followed by an assessment day in the London offices. The assessment day included 3 tests in different areas. These tests were not to strenuous for anyone to complete. the initial interviews are also 3 questions and quite understandable.

Overall, the interview was mostly based on behavioral questions, nothing special. They also provided some interview tips which is really helpful.
