A phone interview, followed by a pre recorded video interview and assessment day. The phone interview consisted of generic questions about myself. The pre recorded video interview used an app and pre recorded questions in which you have 30 seconds to prepare and 60 seconds to answer the question. It gave a practice question which you could run through as many times as you like. The assessment day consisted of a welcome talk and then a talk and questions session with a high ranking employee of FDM, the first test which was a Venn diagram and logic test, followed by a tour around the academy (London in my case) and then the IT aptitude test. A break for lunch which was followed by the maths test and then the 3 individual interviews.
