Phone call to ask basic questions of availability.
Video interview, 30 seconds to think of an answer and a minute to answer. 4 questions (introduce yourself, why are you passionate about IT, examples of when you were flexible, cant remember the last one.)
Assessment day. Venn diagram exam was really easy, maths exam was also easy, the IT aptitude exam was difficult as I do not have a background in IT but you can make the pass mark overall by doing well in the maths and the Venn diagram exams.
Interviews at the assessment day. 2 interviews, one about IT competency and another personal one about your skills etc.

Interview experience was ok, not a difficult and offer a place. Pay is challenging, and they do not offer any substantial increases over time. Their consulting approach is recruit to train and thats were it ends, short term employment is fine, long-term is not great.
