First had a telephonic interview with very general questions. Next stage was video interview where had to answer each question within a minute which is bit challenging. There is a small practice question which can be tried various number of times. The complex part was to set up the interview as it does not work on chrome and had to change settings to make it work

The hiring process starts with a call from the recruiter asking if you are still looking for a job and are still keen on the opening at FDM Group, then you undergo two to three rounds of interviews.

Interview experience was ok, not a difficult and offer a place. Pay is challenging, and they do not offer any substantial increases over time. Their consulting approach is recruit to train and thats were it ends, short term employment is fine, long-term is not great.
