Stage 1: After you have passed their CV screening, you will have a short phone interview which goes through formalities such as if you're willing to travel around the UK during your time at FDM.
Stage 2: You will then be given a video interview consisting of 4 questions. You will be given around 30 seconds to prepare for each question before having to answer the question. You will only be given 60 seconds to answer the question so be clear, concise and to the point!
Stage 3: If successful you will be asked to come to an assessment centre. This process will consist of a tour around FDM, 3 Tests, and 3 interviews.
The tests are on:
- GCSE Maths (long division, long multiplication, pythagoras' theorem, simultaneous equations, and more)
-IT aptitude (Acronyms, sequences, logical reasoning, spelling, coding, and more)
-Set Notation and Venn Diagram
Interviews are based on:
- Interests about IT
- Questions about you
- and University/work experience
