Entrevista
I have applied online and received a call back within 10 working days to arrange a convenient time of the week for the recruiter to send me an online video interview link. Once you receive the link you have 2-3 days to complete it at your convenience at any time. The video interview questions are not "live" and they are played out to you when you are doing the interview. They are actual FDM Group employees and they have pre-recorded questions which usually resonate with the company's values (described on their website) and current company needs. The employee was calling, by my reckoning, from their Leeds, UK office.

Pregunta 1
The video interview was straightforward (everyone says that but what is that they want to hear? :) with the following 4 questions:
- Tell more about yourself?
- Why FDM?
- How do you follow the recent trends in IT industry?
- Would you be flexible to move around the UK?
The interview was tedious. It relied on these weird strength questions that seemed to be designed for me to just repeat what was on my CV. It was time consuming yet fairly trivial.

Entrevista
Series of phone calls then an online interview and skills assessment before a final stage of an online interview. All in all had around 4 stages and were conducted over a relatively short time frame.
It was a very long interview process and we were made to wait quite a while to get informed of the next stage. Overall, a lengthy and stressful interview process with various stages.
