I applied online and they contacted me via mail initially. I called them and after a very short interview (a couple of questions mainly about my CV), they accepted me for the video interview. The video interview was successful and I was then invited to the assessment centre. The whole process was very quick (5 days) and the overall experience was positive.

Interview experience was ok, not a difficult and offer a place. Pay is challenging, and they do not offer any substantial increases over time. Their consulting approach is recruit to train and thats were it ends, short term employment is fine, long-term is not great.
