I applied to FDM through Sanctuary Graduates, I did not know who I was applying to until an FDM recruiter contacted me. After a short conversation they told me that I will proceed with the application process and will be invited to a video interview. I did the video interview and did not heard from them in a while, but a couple of weeks later the same recruiter called me asking why haven't I completed the video interview. It turned out that it was a problem with the interview platform and they were eventually able to retrieve the video files. It is nice to know that they look after the people they try to recruit as you have no way of knowing if your video interview makes it to FDM. The assessment centre was easy - three 5-minute interviews with 4 questions each about your degree, the IT industry and FDM and your previous experience.

Initial call to gauge interest followed by interview call to specific which technology stream I wanted to focus on out of a total of 6. Decided on which office to work on here
