I applied online and I was contacted via email by the HM. He said my CV was interesting and I was asked to complete a translation test to deliver in 48 hrs. I received the results after a week and we scheduled a remote interview. During the interview, the atmosphere was relaxed, the recruiter was smiling and friendly, very interested in what I had to say. He took notes and asked many questions. I received an offer and I accepted, they asked me to get a TAX number as soon as possible as they were preparing my contract. After getting the TAX number (for which I had to pay), they withdrew the offer saying that they cannot afford other freelancers. And they only realised of their lack of finances AFTER the whole process had almost been concluded? Unprofessional behaviour!!!
