One of the worst interviews I've been part of in my career. The talent partner I dealt with clearly had no desire to be on the call; she was short, dismissive and had no interest in telling me about Farfetch, the role, or getting to know me and understanding my background. She asked a few very quick, basic questions and it was clear that she was not actually interested or paying attention to my responses. The entire "interview" lasted less than 10 minutes and left a very poor impression of the company. If Farfetch want to attract top talent, I would suggest they take a look at the hiring team who are representing them, as the person I dealt with demonstrated the complete opposite of the values and culture Farfetch claim they have.
