Multiple rounds of interviews- pre-recorded, online (individual), online (group). The group interview was less like a traditional interview and was more similar to a mini onboarding process. Spent a lot of time on these interviews just not to get even a rejection e-mail.

They give a nice hour Tour of the place, they asked a few questions about yourself, just have a personality and customer service background and having a pa gaming license helps a lot. Now they will have you get a West Virginia gaming license
Group interview, everyone got several questions. They will ask some questions about how to deal with situations with different types of customers. And some video shows to you and find some ways to solve.
