Interviewed with an internal/contracted recruiter, the hiring manager, and the CEO. The overall process was great, and the communication was solid. The questions aimed to understand my experience and background better, how I think/work, and how I interact with others. Some questions asked how I accomplished certain things—or how I would accomplish a specific task or project moving forward, but it wasn't a test per se.
