"I interviewed for an IT Project Manager position at Everli. At first, the process seemed promising. They reached out and I had a good initial conversation with the director. However, the technical interview was delayed approximately two weeks due to a colleague’s vacation. When we finally had the technical call, they said they'd update me by Friday. Unfortunately, I heard nothing for another two weeks, and then received a sudden automated rejection email. To add to the frustration, the role described on LinkedIn turned out to be much more complex and chaotic than initially presented. The platform itself seemed disorganized, which added to the overall negative impression. Overall, what started off well ended up being a disappointing experience due to poor communication and a mismatch between the job expectations and reality."
