First, I had a phone call, then an onsite interview at the office. I interviewed with Bob onsite, but he had to leave early to pick up his kid. They proposed having a teams call in a couple of days. I never received an invite and when I followed up, my emails and phone calls were ignored. It is fine if they didn't want to choose me for the position. But at least have the common courtesy to send an email. They proposed the meeting, I didn't. Then they ghosted me. If this is how they treat a job candidate, I can just imagine how they treat their employees. Don't walk, run away!
