At the scheduled time I called the co founder but: - she didn't seem to expect a call - she was in the middle of something and had to put me on hold for a few minutes - seemed like she was looking at my resume for the very first time and already decided I wasn't a good fit - asked questions in a very condescending tone I didn't feel she was qualified to screen engineers.
