He interrupted constantly, dismissed my explanations without even trying to understand them, and made snide remarks that were completely unprofessional. It was evident that he wasn’t there to assess my skills but rather to satisfy his inflated ego. Based on my experience, the culture at Emitrr is toxic and dismissive. If the interview process is any indication of how they treat their employees, then this is not a place anyone would want to work. There’s a clear lack of respect and professionalism, which speaks volumes about the company's internal environment. In conclusion, I strongly advise anyone considering a position at Emitrr to look elsewhere. There are plenty of companies that value and respect their employees – Emitrr is not one of them. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this company at all costs.
