The interview was the second stage of employment process, the first was assessment test. I actually had two interviews – with marketing manager and then with CEO. It was really interesting but challenging experience. During the interview stage we discussed my experience, my assessment test and prospects for future work. Btw it wasn't a one-sided conversation, i.e., just me who talks and answers a huge number of questions. On the contrary, it was a conversation where everyone shares its view on the future cooperation. Plus, the interview was held via google meet, because the whole team works remotely. It helped me to feel more confident.
