3 stages: 1. Initial interview - they get to know about you and about your background. 2. Jamming Session + 2nd Interview: The jamming session was a lot of fun. I was given a problem and I got to share my ideas and sketches with a member of the Educative team. In the interview, they tested my product knowlege. 3. Final interview with CTO: The CTO was very nice and allowed to me speak about my work. He appreciated my work and let me know there and then that I was hired. So far, I am very happy with how I have been treated.
