The worst hiring process ever. Interviewed with an internal company recruiter who lowballed me with their salary expectations, after I said I'd like to learn more about the job and continue with the process, the hiring manager passed on me without even meeting me. They oversell the company and want you to drink the kool-aid from day 1. I had to read various articles over a weekend before telling the internal recruiter I like what I saw and to pass my info to the hiring manager for the next step. They wanted somebody with a CS degree to begin with and am a self-taught developer, so why put me through the phone screen at all?! I highly discourage any type of developer to apply.
