I applied on Indeed. I received an email shortly after. I had a phone screen interview and then I was invited to come into the office for an in-person interview. I spoke with multiple representatives from the Fraud team. It was a relaxed environment.

Entrevista
After sending my resume and cover letter in, I received an e-mail to set up a phone interview. In the phone interview, a current fraud analyst asked mostly behavioral and getting to know you questions. It lasted about a half hour. He then e-mailed me to set up an in-office interview, where I met with him and two other fraud managers. I heard back from a recruiter about a week later and they offered me a position as a fraud analyst.

The in-office interview mostly went over my past experiences, what I was looking for, and how well I worked within a team. Most of the time was spent talking about prior work experience, but there was one quiz. It was a printout of example customer data and transactions and I had to identify the fraudulent ones. It took me a few minutes and didn't seem that difficult, but I was told some people have a hard time explaining their thought process on why some transactions/customers looked fraudulent or not.
