I've gone through a series of 4 interviews there. Surprisingly, I still didn't get a comprehensive understanding what abilities there were looking for, as the vast majority of the technical questions were too vague and generic. Last interviewer even told me he didn't even bothered to look at my CV and asked me to implement a binary search. Asking a senior backend developer with more than 15 years of experience to show an implementation of a binary search (which I successfully did) is a disgrace and a total waste of time. The whole interviewing process looked awkward and I definitely won't be working there even if I eventually get an offer.
