I got referred through a senior friend... The whole recruitment process took 1 month. The first round was a telephonic interview based on basic HTML, CSS and Javascript questions. Two days after the interview I got a call and was informed that I got selected for further rounds. Next round was at directi office in Mumbai which was mcqs again based on html, CSS and JS. Next rounds was machine test where they had given a web page design in photoshop and you had to code it using html, CSS and JS. This round was for 2 hr 45 min. After this round, next round was personal technical interview which lasted for more than 1 hr... The interviewer asked me all sorts of questions... Regarding my technical knowledge, final year project, concepts in java, looked at websites created by me and many more stuff. One week post personal interview I got a call for next and final round which was a telephonic interview round and questions were pretty normal... What do you expect from us? Working hours and all. At the end of the call the interviewer told me I was selected and would get a call from HR regarding offer letter within 1 week but i got the call after 2 weeks that too after me calling them. Keeping the negative points of long and delayed process it was good experience as directi was always one of my dream company! And i got a job which i love to do.... Web Development!
