The candidate has to solve a 5-6 pg aptitude questionnaire , after clearing this round there is a personal round where Recruiter gathers info by asking you questions related to your life , education, extra curricular activities etc , after clearing personal interview technical round is scheduled ..it depends if you're hired for marketing, sales or design team etc I was hired for information management team . so I had to solve a test which consisted of excel questions and they gave me a computer and asked me to solve that in 40 mins , After clearing this round ..came the last and important round ..Manager round - where a brief intro and skills are analyzed.

four stages 1.aptitude test- math, grammar, general knowledge. 2.interview 1st round- easy 3. interview with team member- basic questions and case studies were asked 4.interview with the head- explained what is supposed to be done on the job and asks a numerical estimation question. overall easy interview.
