Describe a time you went above and beyond for a customer?
first round was a video/computer interview with no real person on the other side. They prompted questions and then you had a designated time to answer each question by recording.

Strange but straightforward, did not get a second interview but I imagine it would involve a better process. It is very millennial driven.
