Call with HR, call with hiring manager, assessment. In total, I spent hours talking on the phone + working on a very long assessment they provided. While the people I talked to were very nice, they would not give any feedback as to why I was rejected. Instead, they only sent a generic, robotic email saying they'd gone a different route.
It's incredibly disrespectful to candidates who invest significant amounts of time to not respond with any meaningful feedback, and when feedback is requested, to simply ignore the candidates. For these reasons, I would encourage everyone to stay away from Density and seek an organization that values your time and efforts instead.

Entrevista
HR screening, next was interview with hiring manager. Next step was take home assignment which only needed few hours to complete and appeared to be in line with what would be done in the job. After that several hours of interviews with people from various groups.
Suggestions for improving this process — better explanation up front as to what the interviews would entail. The culture interview although makes sense that they ask ad hoc questions to see how you think on the fly, it would have been nice to know what to expect in that part of the interview without giving away what they ask.
Long hours of talking, would be nice to schedule few minutes break in between sessions.
Feedback was given as to why I was not advancing but could have been more clear.
