this is for an HR screening interview. they asked me for my salary expectations and while they had provided a salary range on their job description, it was very inaccurate. the salary range was oddly very large and not a small range, so the HR rep told me that the end of the range was for manager levels. i asked her why they posted an inaccurate range, she gave me a generic answer saying that if someone has a whole ton of experience (like over 10 years) then they would be closer to the end of that range. pretty much - their pay is quite low in terms of industry standard. i would not recommend this company if you are looking for a higher pay in your industry. assume that they will pay you only halfway through their pay range, asking them for the end of the range makes HR tell you straight up to be more flexible. i did appreciate the transparency of the HR rep, but they are definitely cheap. she also told me there is no set number of sick days, it's basically unlimited. they also give 15 days of vacation and 3 wellness days.
It was a two stage interview. First the managers interview which also serves as the panel interview. Then the partners interview. Ideally, it is mostly brief. it can be one or more partner.

Overall, it was a good experience. Suggest preparing well and being honest to align with the company’s values and long-term goals. The questions vary depending on the role probably. Also suggest preparing your own questions, those are always important.

The interviewer was nice. Mostly bq questions, it was a 60 min back to back. The overall difficulties is around three out of five, and contain a question section at the end,
