The interview was surprisingly very casual and friendly. They discussed the role and expectation of the role. I had to go through 2 different interview round, the second round was more technical, however still friendly.
The process involved a two-day consulting recruitment event with group case-study assignments, followed by interviews, including two discussions with managers and a final online interview conducted with a partner afterward.
