Deloitte USI visited our campus for analyst role. Process involved 3 rounds, 1st was OA consisting MCQs on verbal, quant, analytical and technical (OOPs, cloud computing, networking etc). Second round was technical interview and last was HR/behavioural interview

Firstly, interviewer asked me to give an intro. Then, I was asked mainly from the projects I mentioned in the resume. Besides, a simple SQL query was asked. In HR round, situational questions like how would you handle when there’s a conflict in the group, etc
The process involved a two-day consulting recruitment event with group case-study assignments, followed by interviews, including two discussions with managers and a final online interview conducted with a partner afterward.
