First round was through Hackerrank. It was easy, not much difficult. One was linux based question, another was on python. 4-5 MCQ questions difficulty level was very easy on MCQ.

tar based question & String manipulation on python.
Simple but very effective. The best thing about the interview was how human it felt, it didn’t feel like they were trying to hit quotas but actually trying to get to know me.
First round is technical. Second is managerial with scenario-based questions on production issues, team handling, and decision making. Final round is HR, focusing on salary, culture fit, communication, and long-term career goals.
