The interview was mainly personality based. The firm was looking for professionals who have similar outlooks on life and work and wanted the hired staff to fit in well with the established personnel. Most questions were "Describe a time that you..." as opposed to other interviews that typically test one's skills. Overall, it was a harmless event.

Individual: study company history, have questions ready, star method recommended, ask about how the interviewer spends their time outside of work
Group: case study, show demonstration of Soft Skills and Technical Skills
very smooth, general behavioural questions (tell me about yourself, walk through resume), great interview experience with the pre-interview party to learn more about the team and the role at Deloitte
Interviews with a partner and a senior manager. There were many situational and behavioral questions, like what's the hardest part to work with you? How do you balance quality and deadlines?
